About Us
SJP Quarter Horses is a relatively new venture of Shane and Kianne Prill however, Shane is not new to owning, riding, and racing horses. Shane was raised in Holt County Nebraska, just south of Stuart. Like many kids, back in the day, he spent untold hours horseback, from riding Shetlands with an attitude, to training his tie-down calf horse. While raising their two children, Lauren and Luke, they showed cattle nationwide with a decent amount of success. In 2020, with the kids grown and on their own, Shane bought a handful of weanlings and broodmares, thus started the addition and goal of raising quarter horses with, color, brains and diverse abilities.
